Flow-Yin

Flow-Yin is a unique class that begins with 20 minutes of Vinyasa flow, designed to lower stress and enhance your range of motion. This is followed by 40 minutes of yin yoga, which focuses on increasing overall flexibility and improving circulation. In this segment, you'll enhance the range of motion in your ligaments and joints, connect with your breath, and promote emotional balance. Flow-Yin is a wonderful way to reduce symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered.
